Consolidated Waste & Recycling was founded by Atlanta business owner, Jeffrey Cohen. Having spent more than three decades building successful companies, he knew firsthand what business owners faced in dealing with national waste hauling companies.
For all but the largest customers, the waste haulers have the leverage. Relationships are often one-sided, with customers paying high contract prices with hidden fees and unnecessary charges, receiving poor customer service. To even the playing field, customers must boost their aggregate buying power to negotiate better pricing and service.

Our History
In 2009, Jeffrey created Consolidated Waste & Recycling to represent multiple businesses and property owners and negotiate wholesale pricing and service agreements with national and regional waste haulers. That model, along with the company’s strong focus on immediate-response customer service, began attracting a variety of businesses. Commercial enterprises, multi-family developments, HOAs, warehouses, and industrial facilities quickly signed on.
Today, Consolidated Waste & Recycling, uses its aggregate buying power to negotiate significantly reduced prices for hundreds of clients nationwide. There is no cost to the customer for this service. Depending on the size of the business, savings can vary from hundreds of thousands to tens of thousands of dollars a year. These savings go directly to the clients’ bottom lines.
As the company grows, it continues to add waste and recycling providers to serve customers in new markets. As a result, Consolidated Waste & Recycling has forged long-term relationships with nearly all national waste hauling and recycling companies as well as dozens of regional providers. Its customer base has also expanded, growing beyond traditional brick and mortar businesses to include providers of construction roll-off services, bulk junk removal, and compactor services.
A commitment to sustainability has been a core component of the company’s success. Since Day 1, Consolidated Waste & Recycling has both encouraged and enabled customers to address the global effects of climate change by reducing their waste streams. In fact, the company only works with waste haulers who provide recycling services as well.
